Citizen Duane
Last night, I wanted to watch a movie and I was in the mood for almost anything. Citizen Duane was the first movie listed on VOD and frankly, I almost turned this movie off in about 15 minutes. I still managed to keep watching and after 30 minutes, I wanted to see the end of this movie. This is not to say that this is a good movie after 30 minutes or that I am a glutton for punishment but this indie movie does catch up a bit. This is a small town comedy about Duane Balfour who comes from a family of “losers” and things get interesting when he decides to run for mayor of Ridgeway.
Citizen Duane stars Douglas Smith as Duane Balfour and Vivica A. Fox as Miss Houston. The movie is directed by Matt Mabbott.
I give this movie 4 ‘invalid votes’ out of 10.
